Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail work experience is a plus.
