Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock merchandise displays and shelves neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
