Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
