Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall store appearance. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and assist with store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and provide outstanding service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
