Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, follow company policies, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Process customer purchases and assist with customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and process improvements.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
