Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
  • Prior experience in retail is advantageous
