Job Description
Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product displays, operate cash registers, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and other store-related aspects.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
