Job Description

Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product displays, operate cash registers, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and other store-related aspects.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
