Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills relevant to the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of operating equipment, performing cleaning tasks, and following company policies accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to the requirements.
