Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with the management team are essential for success in this position.

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Ability to operate store equipment
  • Interpretation and application of company policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
