Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a store associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, follow instructions, and multi-task effectively.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
