Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is organized and clean to offer an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and store security.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing physical tasks.
