Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
