Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience at ALDI.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
