Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valuable member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Hours
- 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage
- $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and perform store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies and maintain security and confidentiality
Physical Demands
- Ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Customer service skills
- Efficient cash register operation
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Meet requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Retail experience preferred
