Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service delivery. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and report efficiently to the store management team.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate equipment safely and conduct general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team setup.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
