Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management by participating in store counts and monitoring accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
