Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall store performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store issues.
- Adhere to cash policies to reduce losses and maintain store security.
- Execute general cleaning tasks following company standards.
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
