Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking product, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure store cleanliness
  • Assist customers with their shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to contribute to store improvement
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
  • Experience in retail environment is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus
