Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our shelves are stocked, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
