Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
