Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback, monitor inventory accuracy, and uphold cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
