Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
