Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Prior retail experience is preferred
