Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's M.A.P. competencies.
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
