Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Your contribution will directly impact the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
