Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and provide feedback on products and processes.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and use store equipment following company guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
