Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
