Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
