Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with all company policies while maintaining data security.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service.
- Efficient and accurate cash handling skills.
- Operate store equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow cleaning standards and company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Work well independently and within a team.
- Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
