Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service.

Starting Wage
$17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Comply with company policies, upholding security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Proper equipment operation
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
