Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist with inventory management and accuracy
• Follow cash policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
