Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise shelves neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report any issues promptly.
• Operate cash registers accurately and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
