Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key player in our store operations, you will be responsible for stock management, cashiering, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory checks, report product issues, and handle cash transactions
• Adhere to company policies and uphold data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Prior retail experience preferred
