Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to maintain store appearance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Handle customer purchases and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
