Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, merchandising, and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
