Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy in product counts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service to customers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
