Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team
- Inventory management and adherence to company policies
- Operate cash registers and handling of customer purchases
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and more
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience is preferred
