Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Comfortably handle equipment like a manual hand jack or floor scrubber.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
