Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and displays neatly.
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
Requirements
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently.
- Comfortably handle equipment like a manual hand jack or floor scrubber.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
