Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise, up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
