Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team's collaborative efforts
  • Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment
  • Perform general cleaning tasks according to company standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
