We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store layout
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
