Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a seamless shopping experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures for loss prevention
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Proficiency in operating store equipment
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
