Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
