Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
