Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is kept clean and organized. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to store management
  • Ensure compliance with cash policies, inventory control, and company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
