Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
