Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product merchandising and stock levels, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized, enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
