Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to elevate the customer shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive working environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial
