Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and clean, while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory control and conduct store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
