Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service by following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses and maintain security.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in handling equipment like electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
  • Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness standards, and good communication skills.
  • High School Diploma preferred with prior experience in retail environments.
